OFB Health Tips: Learn How To Check Breast Cancer Staus.

Breast cancer does not occur only in women it also occurs in men. Majority of women die as a result of breast cancer.Below are simple ways to know your status both men and women.

Don't be scared to know your state because a stitch in time save nine. Here are simple ways you can. Check your status.

How to check for lump.



* Lie down put your left arm under your head. Use your right hand to examine your left breast with your three (3)  middle finger flat. Move gently in circular motions over the entire breast checking for lump, hard Knot or thickening, use different levels of pressure, light medium and firm over each area of your breast. Check the whole breast form your collar bone above your breast, switch arm and repeat on the other breast.


*  look at your breast while standing in front of a mirror with your hands on your hips, look for lumps. New difference in size, shape and swelling or dimpling on the skin.

* Raise the arms then the other so you can check under arms for lumps.


*Squeeze the nple of each breast gently between your thumbs and index finger. Report to your health care provider right away if any discharge or fluid from the nipple or arms.
