Beats FM OAP Toolz Calls Out African Women, Against Tearing Each Other Apart.

Beats 99.9  FM OAP Tolu Demuren popularly known as Toolz, has called out Nigerian, also African women at large to unite and fight against the discrimination of women in the society.
The beat FM' radio goddess also shared her view via Instagram on how she feels about women tearing each other apart.

Toolzo expressed her feelings which she called "not rant" on I.G, she also express her feelings on how she feels when a woman talks bad about her.

According to Toolz, she said" I joke around often and try not to get too into my feelings on Instagram because it's easier that way, but this made me think quite a bit. What is it about our society that makes tearing each other down, first thing a lot of women think to do?  (Not every woman btw). A lot of women were appalled when the gender equality bill was thrown out, but after talking about it extensively on radio and everywhere else, i came to a conclusion that, we Nigerian (African) women have a lot to do ourselves before things can change positively.
I am not preaching, as I am still working on me, but I hope we think more on what we are doing for the next generation of African women.
Sadly a lot of us has bee conditioned to think of other women as competition, as opposed comrades. I strongly believe that a lot of conditions we face in our communities are down to us falling at looking out for each other.
Imagine how powerful we will be if we come together better?
Every now and then I look at other women more successful than me and start to feel insecure, but I've learnt to change that energy. Now I get so inspired, if she can do great things. I think if she is doing great I better get my sh*t together and move up this success ladder.
As much as i love what am doing being in the public eye sucks sometimes, because it can be difficult with dealing with being thorn apart a lot. I have being doing this for about 7years years and it still makes me sad when I get hate from women out where the hate is coming from like I did steal your inheritance or something?

I digress just think about it the spirit of the African woman is a powerful force. Imagine how we could change this if we stopped tearing each apart and came together, in a society that already puts you as a disadvantage because you are a woman. You learn to deal with it the best way you can, but I think women that always tear others apart are unhappy."
