Kris Jenner.

Kardashian and Jenner's Momanger Kris Jenner in an interview with Paper Magazine for the "Beautiful People Issues".

According to paper magazine Momanger Jenner was caught up to talk about what it takes to manage her big-business brood.
Below is a scoop of the interview:

You seem to love working and have so much energy. What's your secret?

The secret to being driven and passionate about anything is really loving what you do. I've always encouraged my kids to pursue projects that they feel connected to and passionate about, because those are the ones that will lead to the greatest successes. Kylie's makeup business is a great example. Kylie Cosmetics is something she built from the ground up, from conception to reality, and she's been the driving force every step along the way. To see her dream become a reality is the most rewarding thing as a mother, and I'm beyond proud of her. My kids are all such hard workers. Being surrounded by people who have a strong work ethic and who are focused and passionate makes my job easier.

What qualities do you think are needed to be a good manager?

Honesty, intuition, patience and passion would probably be the top four. Having good business sense and knowing how to deal with people in a million different situations is key. My role as "momager" is a little different to that of most managers, in that I'm managing my kids, which I wouldn't say necessarily makes it any easier or harder; it just means that I'm constantly looking out for my kids' best interest. Optimism is a big part of it, too. I've always said that if someone says 'no,' you're talking to the wrong person.

Do you ever slow down?

I do try to end my work day at around 5 or 6 and disconnect from my work calls and emails for as much of the evening as possible. Some days that is more successful than others! I'm so lucky that my kids all live nearby so we are always spending a lot of time together. I love to have family dinners, barbecues or movie nights with my grandkids. A lot of the time we're all moving at a million miles a minute, so it's important to slow down, relax and enjoy the greatest pleasures in life: my wonderful friends, my amazing children and my beautiful grandkids.

Do you like being called a MILF?

Depends on who's saying it!

Do you ever feel like you reveal too much on your reality show?

We've been doing the show for nearly a decade, and since the show started we've opened up our homes to everyone and invited people into our lives, which means showing you the good along with the bad. As people got to know us through years of watching the show, we found that it wasn't really possible, nor would it be authentic to who we are and what the show is all about, if we tried to keep things from being filmed. There are moments that you wish could be a little more private, but the show has opened up so many doors to so many incredible opportunities, and I wouldn't change that for anything. Our fans are incredibly supportive, particularly during those hard times, and we're so grateful for that.

Since this is our Beautiful People issue, what do you think makes a person beautiful?

There are a thousand definitions of beauty, but to me true beauty comes from being comfortable in your own skin, being confident in who you are and what you stand for and encouraging others to find the beauty in themselves. As women, we all want to feel physically beautiful, and there's nothing wrong with that at all. I think women should be able to make their own decisions about how they look, if it gives them the confidence they need and the happiness they deserve for themselves. Different cultures, the media and magazines will try to define beauty by certain physical traits or characteristics, but the truth is that these ideals are changing all the time. The only thing that remains constant is the beauty in love, acceptance, graciousness and kindness. These are the things that are universally beautiful and will never go out of style. A kind word is beautiful. A smile is beautiful. Having a loving, caring, sensitive heart is beautiful.
